Back in 2019, I was consulting for a Brisbane manufacturing company that had spent ,000 on a "comprehensive digital transformation." Their sales were flat. Their leads were garbage. But their website looked fantastic.
That's when it clicked. Most marketing advice comes from people who've never had to explain to a business owner why their investment isn't paying off. We decided to do things differently.
